Hákarl (meaning ‘shark’ in Icelandic) is putrescent shark meat. Which looks and sounds pretty nasty. I would like the think of myself as a bold eater, but I think I would draw the line here. Rotten food really dose not appeal to me. Would you eat it?? Comment Below.
